お供え物をする意味
仏壇にお供えをする事は、当たり前の
風習となっていますが、そもそも仏壇に
お供えをする意味は知ってますか？
みんながお供えをするから習って自分も
お供えをしてるとか、小さい頃から見てる習わしだから
お供えすると言った感覚でしてることが多いと思います。
仏壇へあげるお供えには意味があります。
それは
「ご先祖様へ感謝の気持ちを込めたおもてなし」
の意味があります。
お供え物のＮＧ素材とは？
ご先祖様への感謝の気持ちを込めて
おもてなしする意味のあるお供えですが、
やはり、お供えとしてあげてはいけない物も
中にはあります。
- 肉
- 魚
- 動物系のもの
この様な物は「殺生」を連想させてしまうのでＮＧです。
また肉や魚など以外にも、お供え物として
不適切な花もあります。
- 香りの強い花
- バラなどの棘のある花
- 毒のある花
- 色の黒い花
この４つに当てはまる花は、
お供え物にNGな花とされてます。
現代では、ご先祖様が好きだった花だから
良いのではと言う流れがありますが、
基本は避けた方が良いでしょう。
食べ物以外のお供え物は？
仏壇へのお供えで多く見られるのがお菓子類ですね。
落雁やお団子などの定番な物がありますが、
他に何かないのか考えた事が、一度は
あるのではないでしょうか。

のし紙とは？
のし紙とは、かけ紙に『のし・水引き・表書き』を
印刷した紙のことです。
主に目にするのは、贈答品を送る時に
包む紙として見る事があると思います。
「のし」が印刷されたのし紙は、お祝い事用です。
法事や葬儀にお供え物は、のしの印刷が無い
「掛け紙」を使います。
法事やお供え物などに使うものは、
「弔事用のし紙」と呼び、故人へ
の敬意を表すためです。
のし紙の書き方
お供え物を持って行こうと準備したら、
次はのし紙のどの部分に名前を
書いたら良いのか説明していきます。
基本的には、『のし下』と言われる
水引きの下に書きます。
ここでのポイントは、同姓同名の人が居たら
迷ってしまうのでフルネームか、
端の方に大まかな住所など記載すると
相手も誰からもらったのか分かります。
フルネームで書く事で、誰から何を頂いたのかを
把握する事が出来ますし、間違えて別の人に
お礼を言う事もなくなります。
