子供の準備をしつつ、自分の準備も
家事もして…となると、子供を送り出すまでは

朝の時間に家事を効率的にできれば、

そのための効率的な家事の
スケジュールについてご紹介いたします。
１． できることは夜にやってしまう
家事は朝するものと固定概念がある方も
いらっしゃると思いますが、できることは
すべて夜のうちにやってしまいましょう。
まず、食事の前にお風呂に入ります。
子供をお風呂に入れたら、すぐに
洗濯機を回してしまいます。
風呂の残り湯を使えれば、湯も暖かくて
洗剤が溶けやすいうえに水道代も
節約になります。
洗濯機を回している間に、夕食の準備、
仕上げをして食事をとります。
食事を食べ終わったら食器をさげて、
すぐに食器を水につけておきます。
回していた洗濯が終わっている
ころなので、洗濯を干します。
最近は浴室乾燥がついているお風呂も多く、
ついていなくても部屋干しをしておくと、
冬場は乾燥対策になりますし、夏場でも
冷房の乾燥対策になります。
洗濯物を干し終わったら、お風呂の栓を
抜いておきます。
そして、浴室全体に浴室用洗剤を
吹き付けておきます。
それが終わったら、食器を洗います。
食後すぐに水につけていたので、汚れが
落ちやすくなっていると思います。
食器を洗い終わったら、ついでに
シンクまわりも吹いておきます。
水垢汚れや油汚れは、長期間放置していると、
どんどん落ちにくくなりますし、
汚れたキッチンは料理する気が
失せてしまいますよね。
その日の汚れはその日のうちに
取ってしまうのがよいと思います。
水回りの水垢汚れに対してはクエン酸の
含まれた洗剤を、油汚れに対しては
アルカリ性洗剤を使用することが
おすすめです。
キッチンの掃除が終わったら、
お風呂掃除をします。
浴槽や棚や洗面器、排水溝回りを
きれいにしましょう。
壁は毎日磨くのは大変ですので、
スプレーして置いておくだけで汚れが
取れるタイプの浴室用洗剤を使用すると、
少し楽をすることができます。
その後、部屋全体に掃除機をかけます。
洗濯物を干したりキッチンを
掃除したりすると、どうしても床にほこりや
ゴミが落ちてしまいますので、掃除機は
１番最後にするのがよいでしょう。
その間、子供たちには、歯磨きやトイレ
などの寝る準備をしてもらっておきます。
お母さんが忙しそうに家事をしていたら、
率先してお手伝いをしてくれるように
なるかもしれません。
また、掃除機をかけることで、必然的に
おもちゃを片付けることになるので、
子供の整理整頓のしつけにもなりますし、
朝目覚めたときに部屋がきれいだと
気持ちがいいですよね。
そこまでしたら、子供を寝かしつけます。
子供を寝かしつけたら、次の日の
ご飯の下準備をしておきます。
材料を切ったり下味をつけたりして、あとは
最後の調理をするだけの段階にしておくと、
翌日がとても楽です。
ここまで済んだら、あとは自分の
自由時間です。
好きなテレビを見たり、ネットを見たり
ゲームをしたり…好きなことをして
ゆったりと過ごしましょう。
ゆったりと過ごした後、寝る前に
もう一仕事頑張りましょう。
歯磨きをしたら、ささっと
洗面所回りを掃除します。
そして寝る前にトイレをすませたら、
トイレ掃除もしておきましょう。
毎日すれば、頑固な汚れになることもなく
短時間で終わります。
次の日、起きたら子供の準備と
自分の準備をするだけです。
あとは玄関を出るときに、さっと
玄関を掃き掃除すれば完璧です。
朝の時間が少し余裕をもって過ごすことが
できるのではないでしょうか。
２． 夫の協力が大切
夫の帰りが遅い方もいらっしゃると思います。
その方でも基本は一緒です。
洗濯にお風呂の残り湯は使えないし、
お風呂掃除まではできないかもしれませんが、
それ以外の家事はしておきます。
優しい旦那さんでしたら、お風呂掃除は
してくれるかもしれませんし、
もしそうでなくても、お風呂に入り終わった後、
せめて冷たいシャワーで浴室全体を流して
もらうようお願いしておきましょう。
冷たいシャワーを浴室全体にかけるだけで、
カビ予防になります。
夫の帰りが早い方は、ぜひ家事を
分担してもらいましょう。
何か１つでもやってもらえると嬉しい、
手伝ってもらえたら本当に助かる
ということを伝えると、少しずつでも
やってもらえるようになると思います。
３． まとめ
小さい子供を育児中や共働きで
働いている方は、朝の忙しい時間を
少しでもゆとりをもって過ごすために、
夜の時間を有効活用してみては
いかがでしょうか。
夫婦で協力すればあっという間に
終わりますし、毎日かかさずやれば、
汚れは最小限で時間をかけずに
終えることができます。
窓掃除やフィルター掃除など、こまごまとした
家事は、週末にまとめてするようにし、

最小限の家事は、まとめて夜に
してしまうことをおすすめします。
そうすることで心にゆとりが生まれ、
