サンマと言えば定番なのがサンマの塩焼きです。
塩焼きの他にも採れたてのサンマの
刺身など旬のサンマは格別ですね。

すぐに思いつくものではありませんよね。
そこで、料理の幅が広がる和風・洋風
サンマレシピについて紹介していきます。
サンマを使った和風料理
サンマは、塩焼き以外にもいろいろな調理方法ができます。
家族みんなが絶賛するような
和風アレンジのサンマ料理を紹介します。
サンマの竜田揚げ
意外と思いつかないと思いますが、
サンマの竜田揚げは絶品です。
サンマを三枚におろし、塩と胡椒を振って
片栗粉をまぶして揚げるだけです。
簡単で手間もかからないので、一品料理には
もってこいです。
サンマの甘露煮
甘露煮はちょっと煮込む手間がありますが
晩御飯のオカズにちょうど良い一品です。
しっかり煮込む事で中骨も食べられる様になるので
食材を余すことなく使えて、一石二鳥です。
サンマの蒲焼
晩御飯に困ったらこれ！
開いたサンマを焼いて蒲焼きのタレを付けると
簡単に丼ができます。
塩焼きに飽きてもサンマの蒲焼き丼は飽きません。
サンマの和風パスタ
サンマを使ったパスタも簡単に作れます。
ニンニクをスライスし、オリーブオイルに香りをつけたら
茹でたパスタを入れ塩胡椒と醤油で味を整えます。
そこに、しっかり焼いたサンマをほぐして
パスタと混ぜ合わせ盛り付けたら、
鰹節を振りかけて出来上がり！
サンマを使った洋風料理
和風も良いけど、ちょっと変わった洋風料理も
楽しみたいときに活躍するレシピの紹介です。
意外と家にある材料で出来る物も多くありますよ！
サンマの香草焼き
サンマの香草焼きは、とっても簡単。
三枚におろしたサンマに、香草とパン粉を
まぶして焼くだけです。
焼きあがったら軽くオリーブオイルを
かけてあげると風味も出て美味しく食べられます。
サンマのトマト煮
トマトを使う事で一気に洋風感が出る
サンマのトマト煮。
玉ねぎ・にんにくをスライスして
オリーブオイルで香りがつくまで炒めます。
そこに塩胡椒をした三枚におろしたサンマを
火が通るまで焼き、火が通ったらトマト缶を
入れて煮込みます。
トマトグラタン
サンマを使ったトマトグラタンは、お子様にも大人気！
普通のグラタンにサンマを入れて、上に
スライスしたトマトを乗せて焼くだけ。
サンマが苦手な子供もグラタンにすると
食べやすくなります。
サンマのサンドイッチ
お弁当にもなるサンマのサンドイッチ！
パンに焼いたサンマを入れるのですが、
照り焼きにしたサンマを入れる事
でサンドイッチ感が出ます。
照り焼きにする事でパンとの相性も
良く美味しいですよ。
さんまのカンタン時短レシピ フライパンだけでお手軽調理！
和風・洋風のサンマ料理のレパートリーが増えたら、
今度は簡単に出来る時短料理に挑戦してみましょう。
夕食のオカズがちょっと足りない時など、
サンマがあればパパっと時短で一品が
作れちゃいます。
フライパン１つで作れるサンマ料理。
そんな最高のカンタン時短料理は、「サンマの蒲焼」。
家にある調味料だけで大丈夫です！
醤油・味醂・酒・砂糖を各大さじ一杯半を
用意して合わせておきます。
サンマを捌いて片栗粉をまぶし、火が通るまで
焼いたら、準備をしているタレを入れて
焦がさない様に煮詰めたら完成です。
一品料理として、お酒のおつまみにも
最適です。
