子供が生まれて、とても幸せな反面、
だんだんと子供に対してイライラしてしまったり、

新生児期から４か月ごろの

後追いも始まって、子供の相手で家事が思うように進まなかったり、

トイレさえもゆっくり入ることができなくなったりします。
１～２歳の時期
１歳から２歳の時期は、
さらに行動範囲が広がって、自我が芽生えていきます。

とてもかわいい反面、だんだんとわがままも増えて、

離乳食は少しずつ完了期に向かっていくので、

２～３歳の時期
１歳の中頃から、出てきたイヤイヤが全盛期を迎えます。
何をするにも嫌、思い通りにならなかったら
泣いたり癇癪を起したりするようになります。
あまりの激しさに、自分の子供は何かおかしいのではないかと
思ってしまうお母さんもいます。
この時期は、本当に精神的につらい時期です。

幼稚園に入園するという大きなイベントが待っています。
幼稚園に入って、集団生活が始まることで、
自分でできることも飛躍的に増えて、
少しずつ手がかからなくなっていきます。

集団になじめるのかなと心配になる子もいます。
どんな子も、その子のペースで少しずつ成長していきます。
いつか必ず親の手から離れていく時がきます。
その時まで、お母さんは子供を見守り、手を差し伸べ、
成長を手助けしていかなくてはなりません。
子供と接していると楽しい幸せな気持ちと同じくらい、
つらく苦しい気持ちも感じると思います。
でも大変な時期は、いつか必ず終わりが来ます。
そのことを頭において、
自分に余裕がなくなってしまった時は、
一度深呼吸をしてみるとよいでしょう。
